Jon set up listing alerts for us, so that whenever a new listing showed up in the area we wanted, and in the price range we were looking for, it would email us the listing automatically, so that we were always among the first to see a new listing. When we finally saw the house we ended up buying, Jon’s knowledge about the process and negotiation skills helped us get the house we wanted and at a price that didn’t break our bank.
