Everything went smoothly

We relocated to Tampa from Coral Springs, Florida, in March of 2021. After researching reviews, BBB, and other sources, we decided to engage the Jon Klein Real Estate RE/MAX 1st Choice agency, to facilitate the sale of our home in South Florida.
It took us several weeks to initialize the selling process and during that time, no pressure was placed upon us. It was clear that Jon and his assistant, Sheila were respectful of the process.
When we decided to move forward, both Jon and Sheila conducted themselves professionally, listened to our concerns and questions, and promptly got back to us.
From that point on, everything went smoothly. The sign to sell was put up, the pictures taken (aerials and 3D renderings were included), and appointments to see the house moved forward.
We can’t measure how many times this agency helped us through our move to Tampa, prior to selling our South Florida house, watching over the house for us.
We had a contract to sell within three days and all proceeded without any hitches through closing.
